When you submit an enquiry, booking request, payment or newsletter signup we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, travel dates, number of travellers and message. We also record the date and time and a one-way hashed form of your IP address to prevent spam.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes or itineraries.
• To process bookings and payments with hotels, airlines, payment providers and other travel suppliers.
• To send occasional newsletters if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay). Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the provider’s secure checkout and are not stored on our website.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with suppliers involved in your trip, or where required by law.

Storage & security

Submissions are emailed to our team and stored in a protected database on our hosting server. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Cookies & third parties

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your trip cart is stored only in your own browser. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, the contact page embeds Google Maps, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp — these services have their own privacy policies.
